Update on the Board of Directors

In line with this commitment, the company wishes to formally communicate the latest updates regarding its Board of Directors, as approved in the recent board meeting held on 21st March 2026.

Current Board of Directors

The Board presently comprises the following members:

• Mr. Rutvik Dongarwar – Director

• Mr. Jay Jogi – Director

• Mr. Himanshu Ahake – Director (Appointed on 21st March 2026)

• Mr. Prajwal Dongarwar – Director (Appointed on 21st March 2026)

The induction of Mr. Himanshu Ahake and Mr. Prajwal Dongarwar marks a significant step in strengthening the company’s leadership. Their addition reflects PECSA Robotics’ focus on expanding its technical depth, operational capabilities, and long-term strategic vision.

The company also places on record that Mr. Kshiteej Borkar has resigned from the position of Director with effect from 8th December 2025.

Following his resignation, Mr. Kshiteej Borkar no longer holds any directorial role, authority, or responsibility within the company and is not associated with any operational, managerial, or decision-making functions of PECSA Robotics Pvt. Ltd.
